systemd was started to parallelise running init scripts thus improving boot
time. Other options like JITing the init scripts or compiling them to
improve up the boot time could have been tried. I hope Debian as always
makes best choice possible. Even though I am using Ubuntu due to other
reasons I believe Debian is the best distro that makes sure freedom is
honoured always.
