Hi AK,

I don't have any experience with above mentioned boards.

Recently I bought, NUC (i5 + 16GB + SSD-256GB + HDD-1TB) for $1K.
Performance is good for its size and price. Linux support is also good.
Atom model price seems to be less. May be check the local price.
