I think it could be a font issue. The font suggested by the page is "Uni Ila.Sundaram-10". My computer doesn't have it. Firefox renders it with DejaVuSerif, and Chrome renders it with FreeSans. If we save the page and open with LO Writer, it renders differently, but it also says that "Uni Ila.Sundaram-10" is not available and will be substituted.
