Our Concept works fine with Raspi. As your said we cannot go for a
production with raspi since its development board only.

Our product is home automation. We need cost effective and a quality
solution.

I have already worked with digi routers, they seems to be rigid and of high
quality.

Just need to know any other alternatives available in dlink, netgear etc,
