Have spoken to Andrew, and he has agreed to make SIT, JNU available.


However, I am concerned about your agenda item. The page you link to
says: "The program is in beta and the website is currently available only
for authorized partners." What programme is this, how open it is, and more
details on what they are looking for would be required. Even in its
currently
moribund state, ILUG-Delhi does stand for some things, and openness is
one of the requirements.
