There should be a talk selection like why we need this talk.
Always keep buffer talk(backup).

Educate the masses about FOSS.
- Get more people whohave experience .
Increase reach on social media platforms. Spam different groups on fb.
- Have irc sessions by experienced people if they can't make it to
the venue.
Use slack if irc is a problem.
