Hi I am Kuntal, one of the volunteers for India Linux Users Group Delhi. As you may have heard ILUGD is organizing a series of 4 workshops on Raspberry Pi before the Raspberry Pi Jam this year.
Our workshops are free of cost and completely run by volunteers. We might not be able to provide hardware to all the participants, so we are asking everyone to bring their own Raspberry Pis and also help others who don't have one to experience the workshop to the fullest. Please bring on any Raspberry Pi's or any other single board computers that you can bring. If you know a friend who has some, get it from them as well. The more RPi's or SBC that we have at the Workshops and at the Raspberry Pi jams, the better / more enjoyable / learning experience it would be for the participants. Some of our workshops also revolve around hacking with different components like sensors and micro-controllers, please do bring any electronics that you have lying around and which could be useful at the workshop. We are looking for volunteers to lend : Raspberry Pi boards 5v 2A min power supplies micro USB cable breadboards jumper / wires LEDs ethernet cable routers sensors etc Volunteers will ensure to keep log of all items and safely hand it back to owners after each workshop . Any addition to this if you could let us know the boards/electronics that you are bringing in advance, it would help us plan a better workshop/RPi Jam. Looking forward to see you at our first workshop on 27 Jan.
