Is there a possibility of a volunteer agreeing to speak on a subject on
which a lot of people want a talk on ? It works this way:
1. Someone asks for a talk on some topic.
2. People second it.
3. Someone volunteers to give a speech on that.

Advantages:
1. This way we wouldn't have to think about which topic to chat on.
2. Since the talk would be on a topic which interests more than a couple
of person, it can be documented. This documentation can be put up on our
site and we can have our own Delhi LUG Documentation Project :). This
can be a good source of reference for newbies.
3. Increasing attendance: since the people who requested the talk would
anyways be present.

This system can be extended to work through the website, so people can
request for topics online, sending a mail to the group.

If its worthwhile to follow, I have a topic I'd like somebody to talk on
: High availability clusters ..
