1) How do I configure NAT on the system, for it act as a Gateway of all the

2) How can I also configure this system to act as a DNS Server of the whole
organization, replicating my ISPs DNS?
3) Also can it be configured to keep a DNS Cache for faster performance and
speed?

go to http://www.tldp.org and checkout the following HOWTOs

        DNS HOWTO

both NAT and DNS is not difficult to setup and it should not take more than a few hours to configure and test the stuff. And i assume 7.2 has 2.2.x kernel, so you'll have to setup NAT accordingly (i.e. using ipchains instead of iptables)
