dear all, a chance conversation with a fellow linux-delhi member, suddenly woke me up to the reality of the third week of august.
hey! it falls on a long weekend. 15th august is a friday, 16th a saturday, and 17th a sunday. who wants to miss this long weekend treat, and subject themselves to a linux-delhi meet? so i recommend we either meet 10th august (that's just 5 days from today) or we meet 24th august. and if you think the 17th is a good day for a meet, hey c'mon guys, g e t a l i f e ! there's more to life than linux. like weekend getaways, quality time with family and friends, outings, and in termsof raj, incredibly long snoozes. those of you getting withdrawal symptoms, could plan a weekend get-away or something together. i dunno. but i strongly recommend let's hold the meet on another sunday this month. i know what's coming, some wise-crack will probably suggest let those interested do linux-delhi getaway or weekend trip or something. okay, but let me insist, that is not to be confused with a meet. which happens the usual way, the usual place, with agendas and stuff. what sayest thou?
