what I though was this guy wanted to find out if a bianary was
compiled using a c compiler or a cobol compiler hence as a
result I wrote my magnum opus perl script. :)
but really? is it possible to distinguish between a bianary file
compiled by a c compiler or another one.
and is the way I proposed a correct way at all?
