Here are a few alternatives you can use 1) You can have a Jabber server running on a PC which is always online and provide users with the link to connect to it. Con: The users should have a Jabber client with him. 2) You can provide your Y!ID/ICQ#/MSN ID so taht the users can chat with you when they need you. 3) You can have a IRC channel for which you can advertise on your website. Users can join the channel when they need help.
