If my key expires tomorrow, is it proper to: ~ 1. Generate a new keypair today. ~ 2. Sign it with my new key, and send the encrypted public key to everybody who had signed it before, asking them to sign this too. ~ 3. Wait for the old key to expire? and start using the new key?
