my friend's pc has evolution and he can access the win partitions. wanted to import his outlook emails. clicked on the evolution import option under files, browsed to the outlook relevant folder, and discovered files there are *.dbx, while evolution works only with *.mbx files. what's the solution to this, please?
You need to convert from M$'s proprietary DBX format to the standard mbox format. Various such converters are available on the web. I googled for some. Here is one which works on the windows platform itself.
