well, that's the point. the reference e-guide already exists, several
dozens of them: tldp.org, yolinux.com, the several free e-books and pdfs
which i must say are quite well written. and every week to fortnight,
atleast one story on a linux general mailing list out there publishes an
article, a report, a case study, already.

the archives of linux-delhi have also become a formidable resource
centre within the past few months.

arvind, maybe there's another way: if this gets published with the four
goals adhered to, while under fdl, it is worth doing. is there a way of
doing this?

tell me and i'll do it.
