Dear guys, I am using Mandrake 9.0. Recently I purchased a tv tuner card make Intex (Bt878 chipset). Whenever I try to run the command xawtv from a console to play the tv, I get the following error message thereby I am not able to watch the tv programs : $ xawtv this is xawtv-3.76 running on linux/i686 (2.4.19-16mdk) cann't open /dev/v41/video0 : No such file or directory v41-conf had some trouble, trying to continue anyway v412 : open /dev/v41/video0 : No such file or directory v41 : open /dev/v41/video0 : No such file or directory No video grabber device available. Please help me in finding a solution to this problem for which I shall be verymuch thankful to you. best regards
