This is regarding the way most of us write/reply to emails. I think reading emails does not have to be a torturous experience... scrolling though tons of irrelevent stuff... looking for what to read... It does not have to be so. A nicely done email is not only more likely to be /actually/ read, it also gets your point across. It also saves hundreds of man-minutes everyday which are lost in trying to scroll and make sense.
