STEP 1 create a shel script in /etc/cron.monthly say abc.sh
STEP 2 the file should have
cat mailbody.txt | mail -s "mail subject" [EMAIL PROTECTED]
STEP 3 save the file and set appropriate file permissions.
the only thing i am doubtful about here is... is there a /etc/cron.monthly/
directory at all ?
--amit.
