See what is an operating system..? its the kernel+ filesystem+ some 
programms, (and may be a boot loader) boot loader is not exactly in OS, 
but u need it anyway...

See once again i m telliung u.. if u download the Kernbel , it dosenyt 
mean u hv the complete OS, u ned filesystem n small programs.

see u may run it on any BOX, it does not matter, only thing matters, is 
the kernel should be supported for it.
