sandip, more than a year ago, i spent quite some time reading thru the
various opensource licenses on the opensource.org website. the
classification is not that simple. you need to do careful reading and
sometimes need the mind of a lawyer to understand the finer points. it
gets even more complex with dual-licensed software. and then there are
versions. for example, what's the difference between GPL version 1 and
version 2?

strategic business decisions need careful analysis of such an important
licensing agreement.

imho, i would strongly recommend you open a spreadsheet in openoffice,
draw a table with all features listed on the top, the list of licenses
on the left, and tick the appropriate columns. what you will get is a
superb comparision chart with all the suBtle (with a capital B)
differences more discreet.
