Not able to receive mails? 1. Is DNS working for the domain? 2. Does user exist on same server or a different server. 3. Is sendmail configured correctly to deliver mail locally or remotely. 4. Do you have multiple domains configured? 5. Does sendmail know about the domain it is supposed to deliver mail to? . . .
