Try this http://quantumlab.net/pine_privacy_guard/ I have not used it personally but was going through it and it claims to cater to your particular requirement under "Other Features". I am sure some other regular pine users on the list will come up with far better suggestions than this. You may also like to see the section labeled "Other Software". It has a few other options.
