I dont think you would find any source-to-source match for VB under Linux. But if you are looking for an easy to use Basic like language, try gambas (www.gambas.org). It seems pretty good. As for converting you VB programs to C++/Java, the effort required depends on what those VB programs do in the first place. It can be quite complicated though.
