J2EE Professionals: Exp.- 4 - 8 yrs Skills Experience/Domain Knowledge:- Min. 3 yrs hands on experience with Java/J2EE.Experience in multiple technologies including (but not limited to): J2EE, EJB 2.0, WebLogic, SWING, Struts, Ant, Junit, log4j, HTML, DHTML, XML, JavaScript, and Oracle8i+.Should have sound understanding of OOAD, UML, and Design Patterns. Should be very hands on in Java and Design Patterns. Should be able to design application architecture; choose design patterns, frameworks, tools; write code; review code; refactor code etc. 2. SQA Engg. (silk): Exp.- 1 - 4 yrs Skills Experience/Domain Knowledge:- Should have 1-2 years experience in testing enterprise applications, and should be able to design test cases and test data. Should have hands on experience in Silk. Experience in automated tools, shell scripting, SQL, and/or Java programming will be a big plus. 3. SQA Manager: Exp.- 4 - 8 yrs Skills Experience/Domain Knowledge:- Should have 3-5 years experience in testing enterprise applications developed in Java, J2EE, or .Net.
