Another vote for ClarkConnect :-) I installed CC 2.1 at a not-for-profit organization awhile back, and the staff (not very computer literate) was pleased with its intuitive web-based interface. I have also tested (and recommend) the following out-of-the-box Internet firewalls/gateway software: http://www.e-smith.org/ and http://www.astaro.com/ I personally prefer CC though -- it has become quite a functional and stable project since the early 0.9x days. It includes the familiar Debian-style 'apt-get' tool for installing software and security updates.
