$I just want to send a UDP packet on an IP on internet. I want $to see whether it denies it or accepts it. I have to do some $tests. Telnet won't help. Do u have any idea how to create a $program for this? $ AFAIK, there is no way to figure out whether the UDP packet was thrown away (denied or rejected), I think the protocol doesn't support it. I may be wrong, please enlighten.
