 Now thats the first correct answer i had received on
this thread. I would say more than Military it is the
top brass(governmet portion controlling) which look
for this kind of certification.

 i would add, several army officials are working on
bringing linux in normal usage. But for high
availability systems, Solaris is still used over Linux
