here is the most brilliant article i've read yet, on how the EU case against m$ is ineffective. in fact, it *proves* that all cases against m$ will be ineffective and the company can, does, and will continue to get away with non-compliance. the maths is simple. the logic even simpler. it is the opinion of the author of the article, but a very powerful one.
