Moral of the story - Please be more clear and elaborate about the problem
you are facing.

Try running mozilla through command prompt and copy paste the error to the
list. Even better, try to understand the error and debug it else search
for some clues/solution on google and if nothing works put it on the list
along with the details of what you have already tried. Also write if you
did any upgrades or installed new packages before mozilla stuffed up.

Providing these details will attract more and faster (positive) replies.
