You guys might want to talk to The British Council Library. They're
centrally located (its near CP, don't remember the exact name of the
road...Kasturba Gandhi Marg??), and have a decent collection of IT books
(including linux-related books) and magazines.

They also offer institutional memberships, @ Rs. 6000 annually, and you'll
be allowed to take 20 books/CDs/ 10 periodicals and 3 videos. I know some
members of ILUG-D are already members of BCL, so might not be using the
institutional cards, but others can take advantage of it.

Infact, it might even be possible to have some events organised in BCL, if
there's enough interest. Who knows, they might even agree to shift their
IT to linux ;)

Note: I'm not affiliated to BCL in any way, except that i've been a member
there for almost 4 years, and am very fond of that library.
