There is one paticular link on the NIC>OSF site

which talks about the published documents wrt Open source .
But it's really sad :( to see that most of the docs are from various US Goverment Dept
. It is really appalling to see that there is no Indian doc on site .Is it that there
is no doc/strategy from GOV India wrt to Open source adoption ?
