- Venue and date (Mary has confirmed that sarai will be available on the 4th Sun of Sept.)
(18, 19) and (25, 26) [ both (sat, sun) ] is available - if you want a event which lasts more than 2 days - i will have to ask for it - but should be possible - however the costs of an event at such a scale (food, acco for external speakers and etc go up)
