Central files server offers follow-me desktop so that users computer does not have to be switched on for accessing files in different locale - say conference room. If you are buying new machines save a packet by buying thin clients and also save on power as thin clients consume as little as 25watts as compared with ~180watt for a normal desktop (monitor excluded) Use money saved to buy LCD monitors save on space etc etc. And LTSP is distro independent. Any way enough on this from me. -- Sudev Barar Learning Linux
