No, we are not forcing anyone. We sell PCs with Linux, and we sell them with MS Windows. We are not a "Linux evangelist", in a corporate sense; we do not have "exclusive" tie-ups with MS, and we do not "recommend Win XP" on web pages advertising the Linux PCs.

Personally, as my headers will show, I am using Win XP. Raj is not. C'est vie.

However, when a user calls up a dealer about an XP issue, the dealer can help. When the call is about a Debian issue, the dealer cannot. This is not because the dealer does not want to, he just can not. We provide second level support for the dealers.

I am trying to setup a support line for these users, without throwing them on the mailing lists, which might be swamped.
