The person was applying for the post of System Administrator. And at least a sysadmin should be that smart to understand what offlist is. Yes, humans do make errors, but they pay the cost for the error. And at least minor errors should not be neglected. Kapil was right what he wrote about the student. When I was in school sometimes the teacher beat us for not completing our homework. That harsh event always made us remember to do our work perfect.
