What are list members experience about Red Hat Enterprise Linux support and services? It is worth paying huge amount of money for support?
Yes. No. Maybe. What are you using RHEL for?
If you are really running "Enterprise-grade Linux", RH's invoices are very good value, and it would be stupid to try to save this money.
