The title sponsor of “Zenith 2005� gets most of the publicity during the course of the festival. Given the special significance of Zenith this year we would very much like to have a company of your stature and brand image associated with Zenith.
The title sponsor’s name shall be prefixed to “Zenith 2005� and shall be inseparable in all posters, banners and all other forms of publicity.
Sponsors are free to promote their products/services on the campus in ways they consider apt, surveys, brochure distribution and interactive contests being some. The flexibility of these stalls allows the sponsors an opportunity to deploy their own marketing maneuvers.
Audio advertisements via the PA system at regular intervals during the events.
Motion picture advertisements of the company would be shown during movie screening events of Zenith.
Dedicated links to the title sponsor's parent website on the ZENITH web site shall be provided.
The title sponsors name will also be mentioned in any advertisements on the radio or television.
Print ads relating to Zenith in the newspapers will feature the sponsor's name and logo
CO SPONSORS
Part sponsorship of any of the events (your company is one of the sponsors of the event).
Amount: Rs 1,00,000
Event specific posters will contain logo of the company and become a Company 'presentation'.
Your company gets presentation time during the event.
Companies’ stalls shall be strategically positioned so as to tap maximum possible flux, for instance the pathway leading to the enquiry desk, or auditorium.
Dedicated links to the sponsor's parent website on the ZENITH web site shall be provided.
The co sponsors name will also be mentioned in any advertisements on the radio or television.
If your company so desires, it can give it's own problem to be solved and the event can have judges from the company.
Prizes awarded will bear the sponsor's name.
The event will, from the date of sponsorship, carry the name of the company..

Stalls at the venue of ZENITH 2005
Amount: Rs 50,000
A stall will be set up at the venue of the said event for demonstration and display of the services offered.
Sponsors may distribute their publicity material.
A number of banners put strategically throughout the campus.
