I don't think anyone has ever denied you the right to have a logo or
branding on the site. My only complaint is with the manner in which
things have been handled -- firstly disabling the site after it was
announced, and then Tarun's mail saying that he will work to sort out
issues, immediately followed by someone deciding to deny the
administrators access to the site. Is it such a big deal if the logo
comes onto the site after 3 days instead of immediately? I think not.

I have no issues either way -- if you choose to host the site or to
withdraw your hosting offer. However I'd definitely ask for more
transparency and less of unilateral decisions and implementations in
any further transactions. The way things have been handled so far
reeks of ad-hocism and unwillingness to work with the community on
this particular problem.

Let me end by stating that you have been an active and professional
member of ILUG-Delhi for many years now; your presence and
contribution at LA2005 (and so many events before that) was extremely
valuable. I hope that we can put this issue behind us and move
forward quickly.

Regards,
