I really feel this is between A and B and what they discussed
beforehand.  If you didn't discuss beforehand whether you're getting
CDs or only a distro, then your friend is well within his rights
making you that offer.

I've seen enough friendships come to grief when money's involved, and
the only moral one can draw (in 20/20 hindsight) is: it doesn't matter
how good a friend you are, when it comes to money I'll spell
everything out in detail before we do business together.
