Hi Ashu,
This is Relatively done Some times by just, Putting Proxy
configuration in synaptic Settings- Preferences-network.
   Or U can make a file name 01proxy in /etc/apt/apt.conf.d write
Acquire::http::Proxy "http://192.168.0.254:3128";; save the file, apt
works with proxy............
                                           happy Linuxing............
