Dear Friend, I have a problem with receiving the mail from my Main office (HO), there are two Routers, one is installed in my HO (192.168.1.2) and another is installed in my Factory (192.168.2.2) and also both are connected with Leased Line... The problem is like this, when i try to connect my mail client ( Outlook Express ) to sending and receiveing the mails from my Factory office, then i able to send the mails but not able to receiving the mails, don't exactly know from where this problem coming and also not able to ping the IPs from the Factory Side ( 192.168.2.2) .
( I able to send & receive the mails through my internal mail server, that is already is configured in my HO, but problem comes when my Factory Users try to direclty connect to my US Server to fetching the mail...) Kindly give some clue on this problem ?? Is there any setting problem which i have to configure from the Factory end Router ?? Pls help me in this regards, it is very urgent.
