I agree that Roman hinglish bites, and is more of a pain to read than
English. However, it is quite possible now to read/write proper
Unicode Hindi with konqueror and/or an Indic Firefox/Mozilla build.

Well, that sounds like a personal decision to me. If you are willing
to miss out on email just because it is in Hindi, c'est la vie, if you
will pardon my French.
