A good starting point might be to read Eric Raymond's article on how to ask questions the smart way, e.g., at http://catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html The above description does not contain anywhere near enough details. What interface are you using: USB or Ethernet? Is the modem in bridge mode? Are you able to get a DHCP address from it? Etc., etc. What does "not working" mean? What have you tried? Have you searched Google and/or the list archives? Please do not expect people to spend *their* time to come up with a canned solution for your benefit.
