i am sure he meant FOSS browser as he indicates that it is a windows version and not a linux version. further more if he was using linux he would be not be using visual studio.net. and lastly why would he say that his operating system is windows XP.
so if u look at the combination of visual studio.net+firefox windows version+ windows XP i dont see how u can connect this combination to linux.
