All the meetings that we had regarding participation in LA 2007 were announced on the list, and everyone was welcome to participate. Yes, decisions were taken by individuals, but ultimately all decisions are, aren't they? In this particular case, the individuals were the ones who bothered to come to the meetings. Considering we're one of the few (only?) LUGs in India that has bothered to register itself as a society and setup a democratic organisation, your comments and conclusions are completely wrong. If anyone wants to discuss issues with the ILUGD structure outside the LA frame, please start a new thread.
