I don't think that it is a requirement that the sub- conference conform to the theme(s) of the main event. It is just that Freed 2007 cannot go a long ways in promoting the sub-conference because of concerns of diluting the image that we are trying to project. A short mention of the sub-conference in publicity posters would be fine.
