If you want to use web browser with proxy server, create a Proxy auto-config
file, and enter its URL in "Proxy Auto-configuration URL" field of your
browser's proxy options.

Proxy auto-configuration file is a javascript file that will let web browser
decide how to fetch the URL, via proxy or directly, etc. For more details,
see [1].
