  I think "development track" or any activity related
to programming was a big NO by freed managers. At
least that was the response I got when i proposed
python sub-conference. The answer was "The focus of
development is linux users".

 Now it surprises me what user profile is being
targeted. Users who can understand advance C++ and
system administration but not python, this is a
conundrum for me atleast.
