I've used festival but from the website [ http://www.cstr.ed.ac.uk/projects/festival/] and [ http://www.speech.cs.cmu.edu/festival/], I wasn't able to find anything about multi-lingualization :)
Fair bit of googling also didn't help. Anybody has any pointers. I am looking for some software which will be able to read out text in Indian languages and Japanese language in particular.
