Yes, I am totally agree with Kenneth, It is a thing of surprise that very
few students knows and use Linux for their work. Here you cannot find
Barcamp style Workshops and Now (tooo late) our institute have set-up Squid
Proxies to improve the so called bad Hostel LANs. (main purpose of network
is to use DC++) You cannot find a repo or local mirrors of Linux Distro. you
can assume negligible roal of student as Linux sysadmin for hostels and
Institute.
